The Raggle Taggle Band are a South Devon based band who play high energy traditional and contemporary Celtic, English, American and European folk music and song for weddings, pub gigs, barndances etc. Depending on the occasion we can do footstomping/hand clapping Irish Jigs, fun folk songs, slow reels, calm or rowdy!

Already we have forged a solid reputation for our live performance with a trademark mix of strong dynamics and driving rhythms. We do try to be different and innovation meets sensitivity as we push the conventional boundaries of traditional music yet remain sympathetic to its past, present and future, infecting the listener with a sense of musical delight – magical, joyous and uplifting!

The band is Steve Waters (Vocals, Guitar, Harmonica), Marc Alen (Fiddle), Jim Neal (Percussion), Justin Sluce (Double Bass), Juliet Sluce (Whistle, Vocals), Larry Alen (Mandolin, Octave Mandola, Tenor Banjo).
