Ian has been involved with the Supervampers for over 20 years, and the band has played many Festivals and events during its existence. The current line up includes:

Ian Briggs – Ian took up the harp after seeing Cyril Davis performing and has played for the last 45 years, having worked with Bernie Marsden (Whitesnake), Maurice Dickson, Savoy Brown, Eddie Martin, Dick Hextall-Smith, Michael Roach, and Alamo Leal. Ian even did a number of gigs with the Yardbirds in the 1960’s (when a certain Eric Clapton was in the band!!)

Andy Christie – Dartington College trained guitarist based in Bristol ,Andy has worked with PeeWee Ellis, Jim Mullen & Emma Shapplin, and has performed in many bands, shows and studio sessions throughout the UK. He has played as far afield as Malta and Corfu.

Dave Sheen – A veteran of the music scene in the last 40 years Dave has worked with Kevin Coyne, Richard Thompson, Morrissey- Mullen, Paz, Cuckoo & Barbara Thompson, and completed many tours and Radio/TV sessions.

Chris Harris - Chris teaches and works with many musicians and bands in the Westcountry as well as having performed and recorded with Darryl Way & Emma Shapplin. Chris is currently bassist with 70’s Progressive/folk/classical band Curved Air. He has toured Japan, Italy, Germany, Belguim, Holland Greece and the UK and has appeared on Curved Airs 2012 album “Live Atmosphere”.
